MISSION

We offer support, resources and mentorship to psychotherapists from underrepresented communities in the Central Texas region. We believe supporting the success of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and Disabled psychotherapists will increase the capacity of our community to provide inclusive & affirming mental health care.

We recognize the direct effects of institutionalized racism, sexism, homophobia and ableism on the career advancement of psychotherapists from marginalized groups. It is our mission to develop & sustain meaningful  supports to ensure access to advanced licensure and clinical training/certification for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and Disabled psychotherapists.
